What is Beehive?

BEEHIVE – Discover your PotentiAI is a tool that was born from the compilations of the Flora (Personality traits) and MyDrive (Motivational drives) tests. Through artificial intelligence, the reliability and validity parameters of all the dimensions of the tests were tested again and five types of potential that can be used in work environments were identified (Inspiring; Pragmatic; Relational; Promoter; Challenger). The tool offers each respondent a probabilistic snapshot of the five types of potential mapped.
