GSO Leadership Coaching School
GSO’s LCS – Leadership Coaching School was born out of the partnership between GSO Consulting and The Forton Group, an international company that has specialized in Leadership Coaching Programs since 1992 and is I.C.F. Global (International Coaching Federation) accredited and certified. The institute’s goal is to represent best coaching school in italy for executive and leaderchip coaching.
Since 2012, LCS has been training and certifying new coaches according to ICF standards and providing executive, corporate and business coaching services with the goal of supporting individuals and companies in increasingly complex contexts to become generators of responsible behavior, mobilization of energy and revitalization of personal and professional planning.
Each of our business leadership training courses or coaching sessions proposes a professional, original and rigorous model aligned with the highest international training standards, allowing the integration of a more traditional approach with an agile coaching-oriented approach aimed at promoting a sustainable mindset. We also offer Mentoring Pathways for coaches who are already ICF accredited through continuing education pathways. Our mentoring program is designed to support coaches who have already achieved ICF accreditation and wish to continue to develop their skills and abilities in coaching.
