PRELIMINARY STAGE:
Analysis of the client’s business context and needs, through meetings and interviews of company resources interacting with the profile to be sought, to better identify “core competencies” and “fit” with the company context and culture.
STAFF SEARCH PHASE:
The most appropriate sources and channels through which to initiate the research activity are identified, based on the emerged profile to be researched. Specifically, the search phase involves the activation of external sources (activity of analysis and verification of candidates present in companies consistent with the Client’s target industry) and internal sources (network and know-how gained through similar searches), together with the activation of our network of relationships in the Client’s target business. In order to achieve the highest level of efficiency, the Client is requested to share with GSO HR Digital any candidates or appointees of whom it becomes directly or indirectly aware, for the sake of fairness in evaluation. The Personnel Search phase therefore involves a preliminary structured telephone interview of candidates potentially in line, to capture, from the outset, key elements such as motivation for change, availability on the logistical level, correct professional correspondence, and consistency on the economic-wage level with respect to the range expected and shared with the Client for the position.
STAFF SELECTION PHASE:
Candidates identified by the Personnel Search phase will be called to our offices for an in-depth individual interview, during which professional and personal values, motivation for change and opportunity motivation will be assessed , creating value in proposing the position to the best candidate and transferring maximum enthusiasm for the Client company. The aspirations and expectations of the candidates will also be carefully checked against the consistency of the economic and salary parameters defined for the position.
