The Faculty of the Leadership Coaching School, made up of ICF Global accredited coaches with business and leadership experience, meets the high standards of the International Coaching Federation with regard to ethics and competencies.

We propose an original and rigorous professional methodology aligned with the highest international standards for:

– Train professional business and corporate coaches based on the ethics and competencies of ICF “International Coach Federation”

– Offer effective refresher courses to coaches already working in the market, valid for renewal of ICF Global credentials

– Creating “coach and coach-like manager communities of practice” to promote continuous learning

– Create and provide supervision to internal coaching academies to organizations

– Accompanying the Top Managers in important phases of change management, in order to promote corporate Purpose and catalyze organized change
