The Assessment Center is a methodology for assessing human resource skills and potential based on the simulation of work situations, with the aim of measuring individual professional skills. In these simulated sessions, various tests and tasks designed to test the resource’s ability to deal with complex issues, manage relationships with other people, and innovate creatively are performed.
Through the assessment center, a company can obtain useful information to make more thoughtful decisions about which personnel to hire or promote. The main objective is to assess potential and possibly identify weaknesses to be corrected through programs aimed at improving skills with respect to a specific role.

SKILLS ASSESSMENT
