ICF Coach Training
All Leadership Coaching School coaching training programs are delivered in adherence to ICF Global’s methodology and standards.
Among them, “The Professional Leadership Coach Training Program” is the Level 1 and Level 2 accredited course by ICF Global, eligible to provide the training amount of hours for certification at the ACC level and at the PCC level of ICF Global.
The Program is developed in a propaedeutic and modular logic, through the Ignite, Developing and Advanced Modules for ACC certification and The Coach’s Journey Module for certification. Each Module is individually ICF Global accredited and as such provides CEEU’s valid for renewal of ICF credentials for coaches already holding a certfication.
The courses organized by LCS are available in a blended mode, with the schedule of in-person activities and the scheduling of online activities (about 40 percent of the total training hours). Learn about upcoming calendars

Ignite Leader Coach is the consistent training proposal for a gradual approach to learning and to the practice of methodological coaching, leaving viable the possibility of its further study later. Proposes a training course consisting of the Ignite Module (recognized by ICF) and a subsequent 1-day workshop, after which 2 individual coaching sessions per participant can be accessed.
