What is Performance Management?

Performance management is a human resource management strategy that aims to continuously improve the performance of employees over time employees and to maximize individual contribution to the achievement of company goals, through the tool of Continuous Feedback.

Starting a path of Performance management success involves clearly defining goals and KPIs, evaluating performance, providing constant feedback, developing staff competencies, and, when necessary, support for deserving behaviors/outcomes and correction of inadequate behaviors/outcomes.

Continuous Feedback

Translated from the English “Continuous Feedback,” Continuous Feedback is a communication practice involving the regular and constant provision of feedback or comments on performance, behavior, or other relevant aspects in a relevant work context.

Through Feedback, workers are thus given the opportunity to better understand how they are performing their work, with the ability to make corrections in a timely manner.
