Search & Selection is the division of GSO Consulting specializing in executive and senior management search and selection.

Born from the experience of Elan Srl, a company based in Milan and Padua specializing in hr search & selection and recruiting processes, GSO Search & Selection aims to support companies through consulting projects for the development of Human and Organizational Capital.
For years, we have been supporting organizations in the field of HR systems and processes to help them find and introduce as top managers people of value, consistent with the business environment.

How the Search & Selection process takes place

Through the search & selection process, we attract and motivate candidates with the right requirements, ensuring direct, discreet and professional contact with our consultants, who boast in-depth knowledge of both the market and areas of specialization.
Our intervention is the result of a path agreed upon and defined together with the client, based on the business strategy.
We begin by getting to know the client and jointly defining the ideal profile.
We then go on to analyze the business context and share with the client the most suitable search and selection methodology and timing of the intervention.
We search for the figure in the mapped contexts and proceed with an initial interview with selected candidates, and then integrate organizational assessments with the candidate’s motivational, relational, and behavioral assessments through the use of individual assessments to obtain a homogeneous and objective view of the candidates.
We complete the selection process with a path to accompany the identified person in his or her induction into the company.

The Evaluation of Managers

Through the GSO Assessment & Development division, we also offer our clients competency assessment and training services for selected candidates, provided through the innovative diagnostic and psychometric tools produced by GSO Psychometrics.
Our rigorous approach and structured methodology are the cornerstone of our activities, and they unite all the services offered by GSO.
