PRELIMINARY STAGE:

  • Assessment of the business context, objectives and the client’s needs, to better identify the “core competencies” and the “fit” with the business context and culture.
  • Identifying industry benchmark companies and defining the skills gap to be filled to be competitive.

Based on the findings of the assessment, and comparison with industry excellences, prior to the start of the headhunting activity, it is possible to envisage an a consulting phase aimed at improving the company’s attractiveness to candidates, both from the point of view of brand Identity and Corporate Culture.

RESEARCH PHASE:

  • Identification of more appropriate research sources and channels, with the activation of external sources (applications found in companies consistent with the target audience) and internal sources (network and know-how gained through similar searches), together with our network of relationships in the Client’s target business.
  • Preliminary interview to capture from the outset key elements such as. motivation, logistical readiness, professional correspondence, and consistency on the economic-retribution level.

SELECTION PHASE:

  • Pre-selected candidates are called to our offices for an individual interview, to assess professional and personal values, creating value in proposing the position and transferring maximum enthusiasm for the Client company.
  • Aspirations and expectations of the candidates are also checked against the consistency of the economic-wage parameters with the expected range shared with the Client.

ONBOARDING PHASE
