Our Client (Leader in Cybersecurity) is looking for a

SECURITY OPERATION CENTER SENIOR

for its Security Operation Center.

Your Role:

The figure will be tasked with defining, managing and implementing the security operation center activities, aimed at preventing and countering the occurrence of cyber threats. He/she will also support in the definition, management and review of security services provided by the company.

Responsibilities

The resource will be in charge of 3rd level Security Operation Centre activities and 1st and 2nd level operator coordination.

following activities:

    • Analyze and verify the correct implementation of processes and procedures implemented in the main cyber security services provided (e.g. Cyber Security Monitoring, Cyber Incident Management, …)
    • Increase and optimize the SIEM monitoring
    • Manage security incidents
    • Coordinate 1st 2nd level SOC to manage analysis and hunting activities
    • Keep the operational documentation up to date
Requisiti nice to have
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of Process Management and Reengineering with a focus on the main approaches to process improvement
  • Knowledge and experience in SOC analysis and management activities
  • Knowledge of modelling tools/methodologies for processes and operational procedures
  • Knowledge of main cyber security framework
  • Knowledge of SIEM technology
  • Ability to prepare documentation (e.g. manuals, process descriptions, flowcharts, …)
  • Knowledge of governance and cost control models and tools
Foreign Languages: a good knowledge of spoken and written English is a prerequisite. Computer skills: a basic knowledge of the MS Office suite is required. Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, motivation, determination to achieve results, positive mental approach, programming and planning skills, analytical skills are also positively evaluated.
